Portland – David S. Doughty III, 39, a resident of Livermore Falls, passed away Sunday, December 19, 2021, at Maine Medical Center in Portland. He was born April 7, 1982, in Lewiston, the son of David S. Doughty, Jr. and Patricia (Libby) Sweeney. David attended school in Livermore Falls. On September 15, 2012, in Livermore Falls he married Jennifer Sylvester. He worked for Mason Pallet in Wales as a forklift operator. He enjoyed leather work, carpenter, arts and crafts, drawing, working and spending time with his kids. He is survived by his wife, Jennifer Doughty and his daughters, Patricia and Patience Doughty all of Livermore Falls, his father, David Doughty, Jr. of Florida, stepfather, James Sweeney of Livermore Falls, brothers, Ray Libby and wife Jaime, Patrick Libby and wife Michelle all of Livermore Falls, Shawn Libby and wife Amanda of Waterville, his sister, Amanda Doughty and companion Ronald Young of Brunswick, many aunts, uncles, nieces, nephews and cousins.
