Monmouth – On March 13, 2023, with broken hearts, our loving Mom, Frances E. (Wing) Jenkins, a lifelong resident of Monmouth was called to Heaven at the age of 86. She was born on February 28, 1937, the daughter of the late Archie Wing Sr. and Louise (Bean) Wing. Frances grew up in North Monmouth and attended Monmouth Academy. She was employed by Chick’s Orchards for 30+ years as an apple packer. She loved her family, and they showed their love back when she needed them the most. We thank you all! She will be greatly missed by her daughters Rhonda and Cathy and her grandchildren that she loved so much and was proud of them all, and her special little great-grandson, Rowan. She was predeceased by her ex-husband and friend, Neal Jenkins, her sister Rachel, her brothers Robert and Archie, sisters-in-law Lois, Jackie, and Alice, brothers-in-law Eddie and Norman. She is survived by her loving daughters, Rhonda DeViller and her husband Gene DeViller of Yarmouth, Nova Scotia and Cathy Rush and her partner Darren Frost of Augusta, her grandchildren Melanie DeViller and her fiancé Ryan Joudrey, Aaron DeViller, Joshua Rush and his wife Danielle, and Dana Rush, her special great-grandson Rowan, her sister Rowena Chick, her brothers Ronald Wing and his wife Judy Wing and Reynold Wing, and many nieces and nephews.

Jenkins, Frances E. Wing, 86, of Monmouth, passed away on Monday, March 13, 2023. A Celebration of Life will be held at 12:00 PM on March 18, 2023, at the North Monmouth Community Church, 151 North Main Street, North Monmouth, Maine 04265 with a reception following at the church.
